Lesson fees vary depending on instrument, lesson length, and time of day.Private 30-minute lessons typically start from $45–$55 per session, with discounts available for term bookings and off-peak hours.

Do you offer trial lessons?

Yes, we recommend a trial session to ensure the chemistry between student and teacher is right. It’s the best way to find a private music teacher who matches your learning style.

At what age should my child start?

Through the Suzuki method, we accept students as young as 3 or 4 years old. For traditional private music lessons, we generally recommend starting around age 6 or 7, when reading skills begin to develop.

Can adults join without prior experience?

Absolutely. A significant portion of our student base consists of adult beginners. Our music classes for adults are supportive and tailored to your pace.

Do you serve areas outside Hampton?

Yes, while our studio is in Hampton, we are the local choice for families in Sandringham, Brighton, Highett, and Moorabbin. We also connect with students globally via our online platform.

Please take a few minutes to read through our guidelines below.

Payment Policy

Lessons are paid in advance per school term (or per month for ongoing enrolments).
Invoices are issued before the beginning of each term and payment confirms your reserved lesson time.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash.
Late payments may result in loss of the reservedslot or an additional administration fee.

Regular attendance and timely payments ensure consistency and help students achievetheir best results.

Cancellations & Make-up Lessons

24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
One make-up lesson per term is allowed (subject to teacher availability).
Missed make-up lessons cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
No refunds are given for missed or unusedlessons.

Learning Materials

Studentsshould bring all necessary method books, sheet music, and notebooks toevery lesson.
Teachersmay recommend additional materials or exam syllabi (AMEB, ABRSM, Trinity, etc.)depending on the student’s goals.
Allphotocopied materials must comply with copyright law.

Usingoriginal materials supports composers and ensures the best learning quality.

Photo & Video Consent

From time to time, the studio may take photos or short videos during lessons, concerts, or events.
These may be used on the studio’s website, social media, or marketing materials to celebrate student achievements.
Parents or adult students can opt out at anytime by notifying the studio in writing.

We love celebrating musical progress — always with your consent and respect forprivacy.
